Welcome to Australian Surfer International. The Original Gold Coast Surfing School based in Surfers Paradise since 1998. The Company has been an innovator of the learn to surf experience and was the first licensed Surfing Queensland surf school.

We are one of the longest running surfing tourist operators and have risk managed our daily surf lessons without incident or injury for over 10 years on Surfers Paradise Beach. Australian Surfer has international recognition as a quality tourist provider and is the recipient of Government assistance for marketing to promote Gold Coast surfing programs.

Bad Weather? Surf lessons times or locations may be rescheduled to manage strong waves or winds along the Gold Coast beaches.

    Times & Locations Applicable to all Services

Flexible itineraries and departure times are essential to suit beach conditions.  Surf lessons conducted from Surfers Paradise to Miami Beach on a daily basis.  Half Day Tour surf lessons may be conducted between Miami Beach & Coolangatta subject to wave conditions or in the event of strong conditions. The half day tour visits Burleigh Heads national park and Kirra lookout (if schedules permit) visiting secluded & picturesque beachside locations.

Cancellation Policy;  Applicable to all Services

Full refund if cancelled 24 hours prior to event. 50% fee charged for no show. As part of the Companies risk management policy, Australian Surfer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of beach closure or inclement weather. Its no fun for anyone if conditions are too rough!
